* Quite a full day. Originally designed as an internal event with GM Suggs making a bi-annual Tune-Up visit to his
student GM Witt's school, this all day event was opened to Associates & Guests. In attendance with GM Suggs
were Instructors Master Charles Podzaline & Mr. Chris Pleine. From Westbank, BC came Master Smith (+ students /
Instructors) and Master Viani from Kamloops, BC (including his family and student /Instructors). The seminar went
extremely well and I was truly impressed with GM Sugg's energy through the day. Many presentations were made
including Master Podzaline's TKD Kukkiwon 3rd Dan & GM Witt was promoted to Hapkido 5th Dan. Heuk Choo Kwan
flags were presented to Master Viani and Master Smith as well as copies of the original Heuk Choo Kwan manual
GM Suggs gave GM Witt in 1993. Copies of this manual were also given to Master Podzaline & Mr Pleine. Master
Viani presented CMAF certificates of recognition to GM Suggs & GM Witt. GM Suggs presented AHHA 'Challenge
Coins' to both GM Witt & Master Viani. It was my pleasure to present GM Suggs back a copy of his original Heuk
Choo Kwan Manual after all these years and a special 1-off Heuk Choo Kwan jacket & cap I had specially
embroidered for him with distinct "North American" wording and flags. I would also like to commend Master
Podzaline & Mr. Pleine for there excellent support & instruction that day. ~ GM Witt
